Our Services

Supported Accommodation That Puts Young People First

1
High Quality Accommodation

We choose our properties with care, making sure young people have easy access to schools, facilities, places of worship, and transport links. Homes are kept to a high standard, offering a safe, homely space and setting a positive example of good upkeep. For those needing a step between supported living and their own tenancy, we also offer dispersed properties with extra support.

2
Psychologically Informed Environments

Our houses are designed to feel like homes, not workplaces. Staff areas are kept separate so young people can enjoy their space freely — even locating offices in the garden where needed. Our visitors’ policy balances the importance of family and friends with the need for privacy and safety, creating a welcoming yet secure environment.

3
Life Skills Development

Every young person arrives with different experiences and needs. Our life skills programme, built alongside the Leaving Care Tenancy Ready scheme, supports growth across practical, emotional, and social skills. From cooking and budgeting to building confidence and relationships, we help prepare for independence in a holistic way.

4
Incentive Scheme

We reward effort. Our incentive scheme motivates young people to work towards their goals at home, in education, and in the community. Rewards might include gym memberships, vouchers, or positive activities — always chosen to enrich wellbeing.

5
Activities

Life should be fun. Our activities programme mixes group outings with relaxing home-based sessions like cooking, film nights, arts and crafts, and games. We regularly ask for feedback so activities reflect the interests of the young people living with us.

6
Person-Centred Support

Our key workers use a trauma-informed, strength-based approach. Support plans are created together with each young person, focusing on their priorities and celebrating achievements. We embrace diversity, mark significant cultural days, and link with local organisations for additional support where needed.

7
Championing Young People’s Voices

Young people’s voices shape our homes. We welcome feedback, act on it where possible, and provide advocacy if needed. We know speaking up can feel daunting, so staff support and advocate alongside residents while also connecting them to independent services.

8
Co-Production

We involve young people in decisions about how our service develops. Their feedback has already shaped policies and practice. On arrival, each person receives a budget to personalise their room — from posters of footballers to photos of pets — making it truly their own space.

9
Multi-Agency Working

We work closely with professionals across services to provide the best outcomes for young people. For more information, we’d love to hear from you.
